Smoky Mountain Harvest Festival

Smoky Mountain Harvest Festival
August 25, 2022

A Smoky Mountain Autumn is pretty fantastic. Temperatures remain warm but not as warm as summer and the more crisp air is a delight to experience in the higher elevations. As the humidity lessens the views of the Smokies improve!

Gatlinburg is never more beautiful than during the Harvest Festival. Businesses are challenged to compete for the People’s Choice award for best Fall decorations and it makes the community a delight to be in.

Pigeon Forge welcomes it’s guests with scarecrows and mums and all of the items of a good harvest as The Old Mill area and other popular city locations decorate for the season. As the leaves begin to turn the crowds return for a peek at the wonderful colors that fill the landscape.

Smoky Mountain Harvest Festival begins mid September and runs through to November, prior to the beginning of the popular Smoky Mountain Winterfest season.
