The Patriot Festival is Pigeon Forge’s traditional 4th of July celebration featuring a huge stage with performances from the afternoon on until late in the night when the fireworks explode overhead! Across the park, vendors are selling food and merchandise, activities like a water house, inflatable slides and bounce houses, lumberjack sports and more are set up, thousands come out to enjoy the games, entertainment and the surrounding Old Mill area and its many stores, and classic memories for the whole family are made by the close of the day. The 4th of July in Pigeon Forge is the most fun you can have in the Smokies on Independence Day!

Pigeon Forge is centrally located in the communities of the Smokies. Cabins will fill for the celebration as guests travel from far and near to celebrate in the Smoky Mountains. Independence Day is a true reason to celebrate.

Gatlinburg Tennessee does the famous Gatlinburg’s 4th of July Midnight Parade and it is quite an event. Hundreds of thousands of guests will line the parkway of Gatlinburg to watch an impressive array of floats, marching bands, entertainers and more.

The 4th of July is just one of many events the communities enjoy a full city of visitors. It’s a great time to be in the Smokies.
